TEFL Zorritos offers a 4 week, 120 hour TEFL Certificate course with 10 hours of observed teaching practice of local students in a stunning beach-front outdoor training centre and includes the following:

Our May 2014 TEFL Course
OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH EUROIDIOMAS & GUARANTEED TEACHING POSITION IN PERU
TEFL Zorritos’ partnership with Euroidiomas means our graduates are guaranteed a teaching position in one of their eight institutes in Lima and Arequipa. Euroidiomas is a very well-established English institute with over 5000 students and boasts over 30 years experience in the business. This partnership has been a natural development due to the quality teachers TEFL Zorritos has produced, who in turn have been placed in employment with Euroidiomas. Our graduates are required to commit to a 6-12 month contract and in exchange will be provided with a contract, a competitive salary, Spanish classes and accommodation assistance. The teaching position is pending a successful interview with Euroidiomas.

GUARANTEED TEACHING POSITION IN CHINA – XINJIANG PROVINCE

- Graduates must be between 25 and 50 years of age (some jobs are gender specific – only male teachers or only female teachers)

A CUT ABOVE THE REST – OUR 10 ADVANCED CERTIFICATIONS
We offer our trainees the opportunity to complete up to 100 additional hours during our TEFL course in order to complete the 10 advanced certifications we offer at no additional cost. The advanced certifications are Teaching Business English, Teaching Young Learners, Teaching English for Academic Purposes, Teaching English for Special Purposes, Teaching English to Online Students, Tutoring EFL Students, Teaching Preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC & PET. But what exactly does this mean?
- Firstly, the content covered will be essential preparation for teaching in any of these areas. Teaching Business English and Teaching to Young Learners are of obvious benefit, however there is also a huge demand for international exam preparation such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC & PET. Preparing students to take these exams is very different to standard ESL teaching which is why they require specialization by the teacher.
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) are both used to assess the language ability of candidates wishing to study and/or work in countries such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada etc.
- The advanced certifications that you complete will be listed on your TEFL certificate and will be a huge advantage in a competitive teaching market as they can ensure a better teaching position and salary.
- Other TEFL providers certainly offer some or all of these advanced certifications, however we challenge you to find them offered during your TEFL course and at no extra cost. Think of it as our gift to you, as you step out into the world of teaching and beyond.
- Trainees who do not complete the advanced certifications during the course time are given one month from when they finish their TEFL course to complete them.

There is no final examination, you are evaluated on class participation, assignments and teaching practices. Teaching practices are observed by a certified TEFL teacher with feedback provided after the teaching practice.

HOW WE MAINTAIN OUR OUTSTANDING ACCREDITATION
All assignments are reviewed first by your TEFL trainer, then they are forwarded to the Paradise TEFL Director for further review. Finally, after approval of assignments by the Director they will be forwarded to the accreditation organization for final approval. This three step approval process is required to maintain Paradise TEFL’s (TEFL Zorritos parent company) outstanding accreditation standing with schools and institutes around the world. All assignments must be successfully completed in order to graduate from the course.
